Transcript Request

Aloha! Please send a transcript request to [email protected].  Requestor must include

name (when attended Olomana), birthdate, graduation year, telephone number, valid photo

ID and address of institution or organization receiving an official copy of the transcript. Students

who are 18 years old must request their own transcript.  An unofficial transcript can be mailed via

United States Postal Service to the individual at no charge.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days to process.

 

Registrar's office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding Federal and State holidays).
