Olomana Youth Center
Olomana Youth Center Students are transfers from the Windward District by way of voluntary transfers, disciplinary transfers, or as a step-down transition placement for discharged HYCF students in preparation for their eventual enrollment at their home school. Since the beginning of the school year, the majority of the students are voluntary placements.
