Nicole Ilae

I currently teach 11th-grade English, where I integrate Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) into my curriculum to help students navigate healthy relationships and prioritize their emotional health. Outside of the classroom, I coordinate our school’s biannual blood drive, hoping to show my students that being an active community contributor is an essential part of being a good human. At heart, I believe that the positive energy you put out into the universe comes back to you. My favorite part of teaching is guiding my students as they grow into empathetic, thoughtful, and well-rounded individuals.
