The testing season is always stressful for teachers and students alike. While standardized tests are not the only measure of a student’s ability, tests can play an important role for the college enrollment process. During testing this year, students can prepare themselves physically by getting a good night sleep and having a solid breakfast the day of the test. I wish all students the best of luck this year.
